Das Ambiente des Metropolis ist wunderschön und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist stimmig und lädt zum langen verbleiben ein.Der Service ist sehr sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr gut um einen.Das Essen ist sehr lecker, qualitativ hochwertig und wurde unglaublich schnell an den Platz gebracht (Wartezeit für eine Grillplatte für 2 Personen max. 10 Minuten)Der Preis ist für ein Steakhouse absolut in Ordnung und die Qualität des Essen rechtfertigt die Preise auf jeden fall (Gesamtkosten für 2 Personen mit 2 Gläser Wein, Flasche Wasser und Grillplatte ca. 74€)

Solch ein Satz in einem Arbeitszeugnis bedeutet „…wollte konnte aber nicht“. Den Eindruck habe ich vom Metropolis in Mannheim auch. Wir waren an einem Sonntagabend mit vier Personen dort. Das Restaurant war ziemlich leer, was mich im Nachhinein nicht verwundert. Die Betreuung bzw. der Service ist stark verbesserungsfähig. Ein freundliches Lächeln allein genügt nicht.Beispiele: Wir haben Wein im Glas bestellt. Die Bedienung brachte die Gläser und fasste sie oben am Rand an und stelle sie vor uns hin. Das ist ein absolutes Unding. Der Glasrand ist die Stellen welche der Gast an den Mund nimmt. Da haben Bedienungshände nichts zu suchen. Es wurde ein Beilagensalat bestellt der nicht kam aber auf...
