Horrible pickup order was suppose to BE READY AT 6:25 and told me just 5 more min but ended up waiting til 6;50 smh horrible

hi i tried visiting the location but for some reason the door was opened even though no one was there and the lights and open sign was off. did someone forget to lock the door in the garden Grove location???
