"If there would be a 0 star review I would do it ! The guy by the name Bow was really really mean ! I was with the friend who was disabled . She is legally blind and she she had a service dog with her . At first we asked a really nice bus boy if he can bring water for the dog ! But he said he has to ask the manager if he will allow that. 30 min later we went to get water from the car . Apparently the manager did not allow the waiter to bring water . After this guy Bow can back again and asked us to leave because he was not fond of dogs . So we asked him what was wrong he said very rudely that we have to leave now and never to come back . I've been going to Mikuni's since they opened on Hazel when they were very small back then. They are in my opinion simply the best ANYWHERE. I go to Hawaii every year and you'd think they'd have the best and cheaper sushi...nope. Enough said

I have been going to this sushi restaurant for years and have always had excellent service and food. My husband decided to take me to dinner spontaneously on a Friday night. We sat by the sushi bar. I ordered the lobster mania roll. I asked the sushi cook if this was a torched roll and he said yes. I usually get it in foil warmed up with slices of lobster on top. Instead I get a cold sushi roll with mixed lobster on top. The roll was not torched. They usually light and torch in front of you but he didn't. When I mentioned it to him he told me he torched it.
