bad customer service. I don't ask for much, but damn, I felt like the chief worker wanted to hit me. lolololol

I placed an order but did not receive my tea. The straws are too narrow, making it hard for the bubbles to go through, so I couldn't drink properly. Additionally, there are no descriptions available in the ordering app.
