"Was let down by this place, being in SoFlo you know good Cuban food and this being a small place and not a chain was promising but ultimately missed the mark. Went with my daughter to grab some lunch, we ordered a media noche, pan con lechón, croquetas de jamón, batidas de mango y fresa ?. The service was great the waitress was efficient, friendly and helpful, the food was subpar. The media noche had hardly any meat and the cheese hadn’t even melted, the pan con lechón had bell pepper (never seen this before) and no seasoning, the croquetas looked like they needed a second life and had been in the display for too long and the shakes had big chunks of ice in them. I love my Cafe con Leche. I was craving a delicious Cuban breakfast. This is not my first visit to this place. Unfortunately, every time it's the same. The customer service is terrible. It's no wonder this place is always empty.
