"The evening could have gone so much better. First we were brought another tables food. Second I received my steak and it was not cooked properly. I asked for medium and it was rare. It was taken back and my husband finished his meal before my plate was returned. Third the steak when it returned was still not cooked correctly. We were given a dessert but we still paid for a rare steak. We were also almost charged for drinks we did not order. The dessert was very dry and gave me the impression that it was either made somewhere else and frozen before serving or old and reheated. I did speak with the manager but feel like we could have been compensated so much better. Out of three visits to Central I have only had one good meal there. For the amount you pay for eating there I expect much better service and food."

"I've often used open tables and never had problems. we have booked Droad-Café by Open Table for Valentine's Day. I have a text from the open table per day or two after booking to confirm the date and time of the time. when we showed up d road cafe, they said they had no record of us. they say that open tables do not communicate with them for reservations. this is a problem between open table and restaurant that needs to be repaired. the patron has no idea that they cannot get a reservation."

"As far as Chick-fil-A goes, this is one if the best. The restaurant is set up like a cafeteria line, where you choose your sandwich and fries (which are always full) and help yourself to drinks and condiments. It moves fast and stays busy at lunchtime. Because it's in the RSA Tower building it's only open for breakfast and lunch in weekdays. Parking is a huge pain. Your best bet is a metered spot on the street. The limited parking in the basement under the building is mostly reserved for the bank."
