"Went here for a birthday breakfast. While there is a restaurant like seating area, we sat in the diner part. LOTS of windows in both locations and we could see Hollywood Casino clearly. I got a short stack of pancakes (extra butter) w/ a side of bacon and my friend got eggs Benedict with homefries. My two pancakes were more than enough to fill my belly (did not even finish) and I didn't need the extra butter. They were very yummy. My bacon was a little on the fatty side so I probably should have asked for crisp cooked. (I'll know for next time I had ordered chocolate milk too, but when I got it I realized it was a chocolate sauce mixed in which I don't like. Again, my bad for not asking I'l...

Unfortunately the worst diner experience in my life. The food took over an hour to arrive, was very underwhelming, missed half of the things we ordered, and came with hair.

The wait for a table was about 30 minutes which is not problematic. The wait for the food was twice as long, which is problematic. It might have been ok if the food was worth waiting for... but it wasn't. I am vegan so had to go with the basic bowl of lettuce salad and the tomatoes were totally rotten which spoiled anything laying under them.... waiting to pay was even worse. It took at least 40 minutes. What in the world can take people that long to pay???? It was busy and I am unsure how.

we were pleased to sit at the arrival. the waitress arrived at moments of sitting. After taking our drink order, she gave us a few minutes to check the menu while preparing the drinks. when she returned with drinks, we ordered immediately and then waited and waited. she's been refilling our drinks. twenty-five minutes after sitting, I looked around and realized that only one table had eaten in 1/4 filled room. at the thirty-minute mark, the table next to us, who was there when we arrived, received their order. within a few minutes we received ours. the two tables with us, who had come to us in 10-15 minutes, received their food shortly after us. was the kitchen on the break when we arrived?...
