"Awful awful awful. I've been coming here for years, I even came here one birthday!When I came here for a pick up last week, no one was around. I finally flagged down a cook in the kitchen and he went into the bathroom to get the cashier who came out with trash bags- she was just cleaning the bathroom. She said she missed my order, even though they received it, so although I came at the time the estimate said my order would be ready, I'd have to wait another 15 minutes.Fine. Not a big deal.
