"First off, the second I walked in I noticed all of the tables were dirty. Not a single place to sit was clean. Workers ignored me and seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their conversation. But Ok, i decided I was going to just going to order and take my food to go and eat at home. Since I was not dining in, I chose to leave no tip. Why would I tip if I’m waiting on myself. The woman behind the counter huffed at me as soon as I hit no tip. It wasn’t until I got home with my meal that I realized what happened. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Pesto Cavatapi, and of course there was only like 2 pieces of chicken in my order and it was sloppily thrown together with the worst looking grossest pie...

Very unfriendly experience and food was not fully cooked. Cashier should smile and greet Customers. It felt like he was forced to work.

Food was okay but customer service is not it! Since the moment I walked in I was greeted with an attitude. Employee Tiara seemed bothered to even take my order. Then brings the food to my table and pretty much throws it at me like she did my water cup. Wow! Disgusting attitude. I will never ever go back to this location.

"We went here for my friend's birthday and it was my first time coming to this place. When we were seated, our waiter came to ask us for any drinks to get us started and we told him we wanted to do wine tasting. He told us to hold on a second and walked off. He went to talk to a coworker and came back 5 minutes later. Then he took our wine choices. Proceeding the night, he wasn't too attentive of us and when he took our entree order, we had to repeat it three times because 2 of those times he was looking at other waiters and customers. So after the third time, he finally got our order right and went to put it in. Keep in mind it was only 2 of us and we ordered very simple entrees. When we were done he asked for any desserts and I told him we were celebrating a birthday and if the restaurant did anything for birthdays. He looked at my friend (birthday girl) and said no. That I had to buy a dessert and the restaurant doesn't offer it. I was honestly shocked on the way he said it and his only solution was for it to be bought. I've worked at restaurants before and instead of saying no, we usually just got a manager and the manager would decide to approve something or not. He didn't even offer to talk to a manager. So then I just asked for the check. Another server came by and asked if we were okay and I asked him about birthday desserts. This nice, young man said that the restaurant DID do birthday desserts and that he would work something out. He came back very quickly with a birthday dish and was very nice and attentive of us afterwards. Definitely made the night more better for us than our original waiter."

"we love this restaurant. we often go. we have a rookie server, cold suppe, hard lamb and just a mediocre experience this time. Other tabs had much better service. we said to our waiter, we're celebrating two birthdays when we arrived and he forgot. we went without dessert, disappointed."

"they met with friends for dinner on Saturday night. the restaurant was very crowded, but the reservation was ready when we went into the door. cocktails were ordered by everyone and they were very good. the special of the evening was parmesan risotto with braided short ribs and my friend said it was delicious. my man had the laughs and said it was the best laugh he ever had. I myself and the other friend with whom we ordered the rústico ribeye. while tasty, both were better made than we had ordered, but very large portions. dessert came and each of us ordered another dessert. I would recommend the cannoli and cocosnus cake with cocosgelat. we will definitely come back!"
