"Really unfortunate that my recent experience was such a bad one. Especially considering I’ve never had any issues with Nori before. Had a $100 takeout order and when we arrived home all of our rolls besides one were completely soaked in a sweet sauce to the point where you couldn’t even use chopsticks since they fell apart. Called back and although the person on the phone (Jared) was extremely nice and understanding was not the decision maker as far as helping us out.
