"I ordered a Denver omelette with hash browns. It was one of the worst omelettes I've experienced, flavorless, barely any veggies, and no cheese. The service was HORRIBLE! Kathy was no happy to be there AT ALL! I had to ask for a refill on my water AND coffee. The check was flung onto the table and I had to ask where to pay. "After all, it did to check this place. Food was amazing. The atmosphere was great. This place is different from your typical restaurant on the north bank. Many great options for seafood and meat lovers. Peanut butter chocolate lava cake and strawberry Rhabarb cake was incredible. Also we were with our 20-month and she wasn't on her best behavior. The owner Jennifer came and hung on our table and made our daughter feel at home Bella. She had animal slide shows going and occupied Bella while we enjoyed our meal. She also knows many great places to eat in the city that she suggested to our relatives to visit from the city. If you weren't in this hidden gem, look at it!"

"We had a reservation at Wildfire (glenview) on a rainy Sunday 5:45 PM as always, the place was busy! I requested a quiet table and they did acknowledged my request by putting us in a smaller, quieter room. I had the bison burger w/grilled onions and creamed spinach as a side, instead of french fries. My husband had the turkey burger. Everything was delicious! The service was friendly and attentive. This restaurant is always packed. When we arrived at 5:45pm, the restaurant was full and almost every table was finishing their meal already. As we exited, we walked through the crowd of waiting customers waiting for tables to turn over. Recommend you make a reservation at least a day in advance."

"once again enjoyed the excellent kitchen at aboyer. with good friends we enjoyed the gougeres (cheese sheds) and agnolotti (escargot) with the brotservice. wow. for Entree’s we had the loup de mer, the lamb chopper, the berkshire pork and the cassoulet (cover, lamb, bohnen.) the cassoulet was a bit dry but very tasty and others were excellent. both couples shared the delicious dark chocolate gateau to dessert. a noth shore edelstein. Try it! we're safe back."

"terrible. eating is quite good, but the restaurant is so hungry for the business that it allows a large loud party to take over its outside area. the party didn't even sit down. they stopped, drank and finally cried to each other to be heard. Of course, no masks were masked, the level of the Kovid risk was increased even higher. conversation at other tables was impossible. a series of diners actually, halfway through their dinners, moved to an interior. Before they go, call them and make sure they don't plan to turn the outside into a loud party area."
