soouo much personal and so slow service. beautiful young lady who serves us but in the regular too many young staff, including manager fist-bumping and back -slapping instead of the 50% occupied space. eating was quite good, but nothing really unusual on the limited menu. Wine list... was limited to okanagan only. sighs

what a pleasant surprise. the pandemic has undoubtedly caused chaos in the restaurant industry and after attempting to support them several times in the last months, and hit with bad menus and even poorer service, we began to feel that the dings were. never get good. the oak crue gives us hope. our visit last night was great. the paella and burger were both delicious, pinot noir super, and the waiter was super! sanjay was knowledgeable and very friendly. everyone we came into contact was great. they really traded as if they were happy to have us there! what a tasty bite. we will definitely come back.

stay in the hotel with the family during a mini-work / pleasure visit. in the first night we ate in the hotel restaurant have eaten there years ago and it was always a good option when they stay in the hotel. with taking the steel base and the horse basket we ordered, everything else was terrible. I've never written such a sweaty review, but never had such a terrible food. we travel a lot my man is in the hospitality industry and have eaten everything from Michelin-Star to streetfood. if I had been served that eating in a Dennys, chili, (inert cheap chain restaurant,) I would have made a note to not order this dish again. but this is not cheap, but wildly overpriced for what it is we even or...

"it was very expensive for the quality of the food that was served us, as well as there were many paintings that I asked my waitress on dinge and was completely ignorant. they took my order and 20 minutes later told me they were out of lobster and asked me to change my order. they did not offer to refill our empty beverages and instead leave a water-cnail on our table. than the bill arrived, there was no option for a custom tip, only an option of at least 18 percent with only higher options to choose from. on the way out my party was shouted by a intoxicating person with whom the restaurant had not to do and obviously led to people around him having a bad experience."

"fantastic eating and excellent service [some of the best I experienced in kelowna]. however, they need a better way to distribute the problem groups in the restaurant. there was a table with gold tombs [this is the only word for women so] that have really ruined the experience for us and all the others in the sitting group. we've all seen each other hoping that the server or manager would do something. it was the kind of situation in the hospitality, where they were the bills of the other tables still. I really want to go back as we live on the street, but I don't want to risk dealing with women who make it known to all others that they use and abuse men for their money. really regrettably how waterfront has dealt with it."

"While I can't say the food was bad, it was certainly not authentic. My veal piccata had a creamy tomato sauce rather than the butter, lemon, garlic, capers, and wine that every other veal piccata in Canada or Italy has. It tasted okay, but that's...it. The appetizer cioppino had a few fish ends and some clams and mussels. Again not bad, but could have used a better quality of fish. The broth was quite good though. The service was friendly. COVID spacing was good."

"First waited at least 15 mins to be seated, inspite of having a reservation. The Maitre de appeared to have to multitask. Actually no one at front desk for several mins after we arrived. We then had to wait until he dealt with a take out food pickup. Disappointed in menu limited choice of appetizers and out of the spinach/artichoke dip we ordered. No baked potatoes to go with ribs or steak. The server did not inform us of the mashed potato option. She left us with the impression there was chips or chips! The Manager, who was very pleasant, brought us some excellent garlic mashed potatoes part way through the meal. We also ordered decaf coffee. The server forgot to put a pot on, so when our dessert came, our options were to wait (we'd already been there for almost 2 hrs), have regular coffee from the bar, have water or nothing. We choose hot water which the server quickly brought. On a positive note, the chocolate gnash dessert which came gratis as a birthday treat was excellent. I may give Milestones one more chance as I've had good experiences in the past, but one more dinner like last night will determine whether I choose your restaurant again."
