Food was pretty good. If you go at a busy time be prepared to wait a while for your food to arrive. Seems like they could use some more staff.

I’m trying to think of something good but unfortunately I can’t. We left really disappointed and upset we spent $45 on lunch after being stoked to try it. Easiest description would be bland and extreme lack of umami. Which for a Japanese restaurant was surprising. We got the combo with kenchinjiru (soup), an extra onigiri, the grilled shio koji'd mushroom potatoes. For a gaijin that’s been to Japan a lot. And been to most Japanese restaurants in PDX.
