"Hostess was unfriendly and needed training in how to greet and treat us. Temperature in the entire restaurant was very cold. We asked hostess to please have the air conditioning turned down. She hesitated, seeming uninterested. Customers to our right and left then supported our request. She said then, unenthusiastically, okay. A while later air conditioner continued to stay on. Finally, I asked a male waiter to ask the manager to change temp. He politely agreed and did so. However, after a while, still nothing happened. Kennedy was the best server I have ever had! And I eat at a lot of restaurants. The food was actually excellent. Their gnocchi chicken soup is absolutely fantastic!Totally impressive atmosphere and service for a chain style restauranr. 9.5/10 would eat here again.And five Kennedy a raise. I don't know how much they make, but double it!

I ate there with some friends on Sunday and there was a 45-minute waiting time. So we ordered a pfirsich bellini and while we waited, the manager brought tasting the calamari and filled rigatoni to try for people in the waiting zone! After we had set ourselves, every pasta was tasty, and eating was quick! our server, sarah, was short and at the point. overall it was a good experience!

Another horrible experience at this location!! I didn't get what I ordered and they didn't put the soup in the bag either!! And served me a plan cheesecake with no topping!!!!!!! I mostly definitely don't recommend this location and if you do place a Togo order here..... definitely check your bag!! This location has really been going down hill over the last couple of years!!! I just can't get over the fact that the manager Cedric telling me that I should have checked the bag like it was my fault the order was all messed up....I definitely won't be coming back!!!
