The food at this restaurant was tasty and the noise level was low, allowing us to have a pleasant time catching up with friends. The view was also great. However, there were some issues during our visit. We were expecting a restaurant when we got off the elevator, but instead found a bar with limited seating. Although there was a hostess stand, there was no hostess available to seat us. We had to write our own food orders on sticky notes and help ourselves to silverware and condiments.
