Prices of the food and drinks are moderate; here you can rest the legs and look at the life inside Arkaden. But Picasso is let down by the staff. A Picasso museum (culture), varied menu with special offers (food), variety of beverages, inside of a shopping mall (retail therapy), in the city centre (location) and all at a very reasonable price. A fantastic spot for lunch or try the equally good dining facility 3 meters away!

Tried Pablo's again for a coffee and cake during a two day visit to Münster. Pablo's is situated inside the Arkaden shopping center, next to the Picasso museum. While there was nothing wrong with the coffee and cake, the less then hospitable staff left again a feeling of disappointment. A three point rating.
