Food was okay but service was terrible; food took forever and the waiter seemed to have forgotten us most of the time we were there. I had a sushi roll and wasn't given chop sticks or soy sauce. Our water was never refreshed.

You need better management. I made a reservation and mentioned outside but when we got there no table for 6 people was ready. I personally started to set up a table before our guests arrived. What's the meaning is Reserving a table? You need to teach your mangers this. Ken our waiter was good by the way. Also you charged us extra too.
