"Just a delightful space, I love the colors and the menu is darling. BUT even more importantly the food and drinks are so, so good. AND our server was so great and fun to talk to, he gave us the perfect amount of time to check out the menu and order and amount of checking in on us was just right. Everyone else we interacted with was lovely as well. Also the flan was the best I've ever had."

Palomar is the best in town. their cocktails and menus are cured and delicious. absolute is a treat if we can eat or drink in front of our next goal at the bar.

Palomar is amazing in every way. The drinks are incredible, the food is beyond delicious, and the service is outstanding. The layout of the restaurant is excellent and the decor is perfect. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Truly a top-notch establishment.
