"I would like to thank you for the pleasant service and delicious food. The owners are so nice and it was such a great evening! Today my friends and I had dinner together. Our choice for dinner: Sauteed Eggplant, topped with crushed walnuts and caramelized onion with pita bread. Zereshk Polo and Zereshk Polo with tofu. I took a small piece of tofu to try and the taste pleasantly surprised me, it was delicious! My vegetarian friend also really liked it. Basil Special (a combination of Joojeh Barg) it was my choice, and It was very tasty! If you are very hungry, I recommend choosing this dish. We also ordered dessert, but only one for all, because we were full and there was almost no room for dessert. It was Apple Blossom with ice cream! Yummy! And one more small and pleasant detail that I liked is the simple and elegant tableware. I would recommend everyone go there and make reservations too."

"I do not support this Carvel because the employees are mistreated. I have multiple friends who have worked here and have told me the same thing. The employees bend over backwards to help the customers, but the owners, Ming and Quina, are horrible to their employees and overwork them, giving them barely any training and punishing them, shaming them in front of customers. I will never support these two people again because the abuse their help, and they get them to train for"

"Great food ....but of all people the ,,the Owner thinks he's a soup guy from a tv show ....wait on line. That is clearly identified as orders .but only to be told to go to another line ...and wait ...... How about you take the order ...like your sign says ...and have the person at register type it in ...... Thats called customer relations ......there is a pizza place on ever corner in centereach ...I'll spend my money where customer are treated nicely as well as employees"
