"This Panera is awful. You wait AT LEAST 20 minutes in the drive-thru no matter what you order, they ALWAYS mess up orders. I can’t even count on 2 hands how many times they’ve messed up my order. I love Panera but it does get expensive with 3 kids. I have their rewards thing and sometimes that helps. I have been using my credit card reward points to get gift cards. I feel fancy and healthy when I eat there. When I order for pick up , they are always on time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
