I love Panera, can't go wrong with her pick 2 deal. Customer service as always. Love the vibe here and a great place to learn compared to Starbucks that is a zoo!

We ordered two bowls of chicken noodle soup today. The soup was too salty and had no taste other than the salt. It should not be called homemade. It tasted like it came from a can. The first time we were disappointed by Panera.

The food is great! Food service is great. But... a big thing that makes me give them 3 stars. Several people talking behind the counter and the place is dirty,... not cool when you ask people for napkins or have a clean table. The tables boys come. You can't blame it on short staff if workers just hang around and don't need cleaning managers to lead for example!
