"I didn't make panera bag options until I was looking for an ice cream. they gave me an empty cup. I then learned after I paid them for an ice cream to turn me into a hired and prepare my own coffee. So I have a short 5 minute class to go the coffee area, pour my coffee, ice cream, creamer etc., shake and drink. I'm afraid to order a sandwich now because I don't put my knife together with me. do I have to bring my own ham?"

I love hanging out doing work in their cafe. And I get free coffee cause I'm a sip cup member, or whatever it's called. They could up their coffee game though.

I got the wrong order delivered to me, and instead of taking care of the customer, they decided to make me repay for my order. The manager or whoever she was would not assist in anyway in fixing it. If I could give a place of business 0 stars I surely would. Whatever the manager or general managers name is at that store today, she really cares about some $12 credit rather than her customers.
