"Extremely dirty and gross bathroom specially considering the pandemic. They are supposed to be cleaning more, not less. Also the worker with the red and black braids with the EarPod in her ear was rather rude. She was on her phone leaning against the counter when I first walked into the bathroom and then when I finally had to interact with her she had a very rude tone as if I was bothering her. They forgot my soda with my Togo order. I had to ask for the cup. For being in what I consider a more put together area of SLW this restaurant is sloppy. A free 3 months of copy won’t even make me come back here. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went back and ordered an ice coffee for the un...

Love Panera because they keep reinvent their menu. Chipotle chicken breakfast wrap was very tasty.

is sad to see a place like panera, have such unprofessional employees. I took my son and father's law to lunch and had the unfortunate to find a hair in my pizza! They would think the manager would be apologetic and more concerned about the assurance of customer satisfaction, instead he went away without even apologising! sad to see manager with zero customer experience!
