"Absolutely poor management at this place. Huge wait times, as managers are in the back somewhere or just walking around watching, literally doing nothing as some of their workers are trying to keep up (Looks like some are completely lost). Find a manager not scared to step in and help and motivate their team. Put in place correct training so everyone can help as needed. Sitting here waiting for food, watching the Chaos. Lack of leadership from Managers kill this place. Same taste in food as any Panera."

Go to place for a healthy meal and a nice smoothie. French baguette is the best here.

This is actually the worst Panera I’ve gone to. Like the food is still the same, but it took forever for them to make. How does it take 20 minutes to make two bowls of Mac and cheese and a chicken bowl? And they gave us the wrong size smoothie. I had to drink a small sized smoothie that cost $7. I’d rather go dumpster diving behind a financially declining food bank than eat here again. 0/5.
