FANTASTIC I should have known, every landscape crew within 20 miles is here. I had a lunch special, two enchiladas, rice, and beans with a choice of cheese, chicken, or ground beef. And choice of sauces, had the white cheese sauce on the chicken and what they call simply gravy on the ground beef. Turns out, gravy here is a very flavorful red chile sauce.
