"They have good food and delivery is timely. The problem is that any extras ordered and paid for such as extra sauce, pepperocinis, etc are rarely delivered. I have called and complained to customer service but it doesnt do any good. At a loss. I guess I'll have to revert to carryout or just order from somewhere else. Update: I'm not sure if filing a complaint with papa John's corporate had anything to do with it, but they have been really good at getting my order correct the last few months. I hope it continues."

Papa John 's pizza is the Best. A lot of people don 't realize that the 'delivery fee ' shown on receipt and on box IS NOT the driver 's tip. I always reward my driver for good service !!!
