"My family and I wanted to eat for a moment. We realized without reservations on NYE it was difficult! Fortunately, we drove past Pelican Larry as we checked availability in the nearby restaurant. We saw it and decided to take a chance. We were all happy with our food, although it wasn't amazing, it was good. The deep fried pickles that we are really amazing. I would go back, only for the pickles we liked the reasonable prices and the service was excellent! I said our server was really good, but should have told her something. It seemed like a place you would go to see a football game, or to play some drinks or pool (small playroom table). I'd go back if I'm looking for a casual place."

The general manager was great the other night. I'm really happy that he came out to our table and spent time with our family. Very nice man.

The cook did a great job on the whole yellow dick. My husband and I can't have flour or corn with our diet and the cook has accommodated us without any problems! The yellow **** snapper came so crispy on the outside and delicate and juicy on the inside! He helped us with the huge selection of oysters they have, and we ordered the perfect thanks to Chef Chris!

I thought that was a great stop between our journey from Miami to Tampa. Really good food, quick service, great staff. Come in with a small group of people. Chef helped us with the oysters, recommended what would be best to have, as well as the crab claws were delicious. Drinks were made by Chris the bartender. He was very friendly and seemed to know how to take care of customers, recommendations on drinks per taste and kept our glasses full. Would definitely recommend and this will make our stop for future adventures.
