"Although we had used open table to make the reservation, Penn Taproom had no record of it. Apparently online reservations are tracked differently by them and there was an oversight in noting our reservation. We had to wait about an hour for a table to open up. Staff was not very apologetic for the oversight. I think most restaurants would have offered a drink while waiting given that the wait was completely their fault. They initially told us it would be a 15-minute wait so it didn't seem to be a big deal but an hour is excessive. If we go there again, I will call in my reservation."

Food and service was great! Empty when we arrived, but the beautiful weather enticed the crowd to eat al--fresco.

It was average bar food at best. Service was good. Maybe we were just there on the wrong night. Overall experience was just ok .
