Overall, pretty good and it all hit the spot. Free chips, even in to go orders which was cool. Menudo 4 stars. good flavor but more soup than meat. Light on the hominy, which is how I like it too. May be my fault for ordering menudo in a weekday, but it was cold out and it sounded good. Will try again sometime and see if ratios improve. Tostada 4 stars. was soggy by the time we got it home. I Always love Pepe's. It's true authentic Mexican in a quiet setting. I used to work around the corner and eat there late at night but now I go out of my way to stop in when I'm in town

This spot is a go to for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We usually get the burritos or tacos, all of which are very good. Just recently tried the nachos and tostadas which were great. Had some Pupusas that were just ok, but I'm chalking it up to us visiting near closing time. But even with that everything else was tasty.
