"the grating was dirty. we sat outside and watched after we left and the hired never used the stripper so they could not say they were busy. the fat was baked over 3/4 on the grid and burned. the cook used their gloves to give the sweet, the flesh and the spices into the net. not only did she use the same gloves to scratch the meat out of the pans in the respective shells, but also used it to add the salad, the shredded cheese and the olives. these people have not been properly trained and management should be ashamed. pepperjax was a place I would go to lunch several times in the week. Now you have to pay me for it."

The food tastes good but I it's overpriced and it's so noisy in there it is really hard to hear the staff and they have a hard time hearing you. Not interested in a repeat visit.

Listen, I've had some good Philly cheesesteaks, this is up there with the best of them. Make sure you ask for the fireball juice and top it with either pepper jack cheese or cheddar and you got yourself a dang fine sandwich.
