I’ve been coming to this place for years. We came early today without reservations but unable to come due to some of the guys dress code. We had to take our hoodies off to enter the establishment. We asked for a table since it was a big group and majority were female. We were super uncomfortable at the the bar and wanted to order a bottle and hookahs. The experience at pergola was absolutely awful! I booked a reservation for my birthday dinner with a few friends. We sat ordered our drinks and apps and the waiter never came back to take our entree orders. After hunting him down and asking him to take our orders his response was “no we need the table by 9 pm.” So I told him we were waiting for him to take the order and he never came back.
