"Our server was nice but it felt like he had never worked at a restaurant before. It took 35 minutes to get my cocktail and 50 minutes for my son to get his lemonade. I had to go search table tops for a soy sauce that wasn't empty. The food was good, but not worth the $80. We made a reservation and still waited 30 minutes. The last time we ate there it was curbside and on a survey I let them know that my food was cold and runny and there was no follow up. I'm sad because I used to love this place … – show"

Had reservations. We were seated promptly but then ignored for 15 minutes while couples around us, who arrived after, were waited on. We left as clearly our business wasn’t appreciated.

I absolutely love P.F Chang’s but unbeknownst to me would I find myself loving the service more. With that being said, I have to take the time to highlight the hospitality Ja’Len provides. She is a great listener and extremely attentive. She ensured I hadmy condiments, extra fortune cookies, and an extra set of utensils and napkins. Thank you Ja’Len!
