"Today, on June 8, 2023 at 11am, I went in for lunch. I usually enjoy mixing my pho, and this time I ordered a small pho with veggie broth, no onions, and soft tendon with crab meat. Initially, the server refused to add crab meat for some reason, but eventually relented. I also requested extra lime, which I have never had an issue with in the past. However, this time they gave me only 2 extra lime wedges, and then tried to charge me $1.00 for them. This struck me as ridiculous, especially considering my long-standing patronage. We ordered Pho and it arrived perfectly packed with fresh herbs and ingredients, all clearly packaged that day. The meal was excellent with a very generous portion. I can't wait to order from here again, what a gem!! A+ in my book. Food: 5/5.

I was very disappointed with my $21 pho meal at this restaurant. The meat was tough and had a strange taste. The broth was unappetizing, reminding me of dishwater (although I've never actually tasted dishwater). Perhaps it was just an off night for the restaurant, but I wouldn't risk coming back to find out. The only highlight were the jalapeños. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

A bowl is about $15 now and the meats is less than other places. However, the meats and veggies are fresh and go well with the pho. There’s no meaty smell to it. The soup has a cleaner flavor, and it’s different from other places as well. The service was extremely fast if you go lunch time on a week day, our food came out in less than 5 minutes. The only downside is that there’s no lunch menu.

"Two friends and I had dinner at Maya Bistro. We were served flatbread with a black olive spread. Delicious. Two of us shared the mixed grill platter for 2 – 55.00. The platter had plenty of food and it was tasty. The other person in our group got the Maya spreads trio baba ganoush, hummus, patlican kozleme. We enjoyed the spreads on the bread. We ate a lot of bread. She also got the moussaka which she liked. Everything was well prepared especially the meat on the platter. Over cooked meat ruins it for me. The meat was not dry at all. The cook did a wonderful job. We were there for an early dinner on a weekend so there were not many people there. The restaurant was quiet. The staff were very nice and attentive."

"It's a family lover. We tasted the cook with wine pairs. All courses, except Dessert, were excellent. Unfortunately, the Desserts were smarter than good. Most wines were excellent. One of the wine couples was out, so they gave us another wine. The service was not quite normal. Waiters and sommelier were nice, but not attentive. There were 3 in our party, and for all 5 courses they brought food to the wrong party. Something was amiss. Not much, except in comparison to previous experiences (and the price we paid and tipped). One of the best in North Virginia."

"trio grill is a modern American restaurant with a large open dining room, a great service and some very good food. first, I appreciate any place that can serve hot, not stale brot and room temperature butter. this always sets the ton for a good meal. "We have dined here over 150 times, so this is obviously one of our most favorite places to go. I usually sit at the bar with Kevin, Austin, Carlos and Autumn behind the bar always making exceptional drinks. The food is always incredible and I appreciate the flavors the chef puts together. If you want a great burger, you can only go two nights of the week and not on the weekends. The tuna tartare and such fat fries are a staple to any meal. There is also a private dining room we have used from time to time for larger parties that has exceptional service. Can get busy during happy hour but I have never had to wait very long for a couple seats. Parking can be a challenge but valet is back in service."

"We went during restaurant week and the value was of course great. The restaurant had a nuce ambience with enough space between tables and prwttu good service. However, my seordfish was dry. My friend's hanger steak was delicious, as were the fried calimari. Overall, a good experience."
