"After a long flight and long drive from SFO to San Ramon, the family that was hankering for some soup noodles. Pho Hoa was on the way to our final destination so we decided to give it a go, and I'm glad we did. This establishment is spotless, and I meanit. It's the cleanest restaurant I've ever reviewed. I was observing the staff and there is always constant table wiping, andcounter/machine cleaning when there is down time. Even the washrooms were spotless, amazing. Beef pho RG #02 Steak Brisket was delicious, perfect portions with a generous amount of meat. Got to try the teas too, the 25oz The Islander was amazing on a day
