"Pho Phu Linh makes some of the best pho I've ever had. I ordered the 203- pho with round steak and brisket and a side order of spring rolls. My husband had something similar, but added calamari and shrimp, as well as a spicy tuna roll. We were SO satisfied and stuffed after eating. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the upcharge for added items in the pho was ridiculous- I think it was an extra $8 or $9 to add some calamari. It would have made more sense to just order another bowl of pho.Can't say anything on the atmosphere because we ordered takeout."

Nice place to dine inside or outside. Service was quick and to the point. The food was great, seriously stepped up street food remaining true to its origins. Restaurant is bright and new, yet still keeps some of the small dark noodle shop vibe.Food: 5/5

My wife and I really enjoy this place. The food is fairly mild in terms of spice and flavor (probably intentionally catered to the average American palate we prefer more intensity), though it is always satisfying. It seems to be family owned, everyone is attentive and the vibe is cozy. Lots of variety on the menu.Food: 5/5
