Despite the fact that I arrived only 10 minutes prior to close, the waitresses were ultra friendly and welcoming.They allowed me to decide dine-in or carry out. Today was my first time trying Pig Candy BBQ and will definitely not be my last! I ordered the delicious Pig Candy Waffle (gluten free! with the peach maple glaze sauce and I was not disappointed. So unique and a delightful savory/sweet mix that I dare say is better than chicken+waffles. My friend ordered a brisket sandwich that he claimed melted in his mouth (he ate it too fast for me to even get a picture of it lol The staff was very friendly and the interior vibe of the place was very cozy/hipster with exposed brick and healthy hanging plants around the dining area.
