"I called and placed an order for delivery, something I've done hundreds of times at the Elkins WV location, after asking if they could deliver to me as I always do. about a half hour later I get a call back telling me they can not deliver it to my address because its out of their jurisdiction. all they could do was cancel my order and I wouldn't see my refund for 2-3 business days. this was unacceptable for this is all the money I had at the moment, so asked if I could just come and pick it up, they came back around to they would have to refund me to charge me the correct amount without delivery charges. so again I'm left with no way to pay for the re-order so I'm stuck dealing with the del...

I ordered online and by the time I got across town, they were bringing it out to my car. Very convenient for a mom of 3.

Properly prepare the food that is ordered. We ordered honey bbq wings and got 3 full sized wings and the rest were just pieces of breading and none were coated with sauce.
