I expect uttering to be moist and thin not moist and sticky. as far as the escapes were concerned, the fried chicken was excellent, but the rest of us ordered fish, 2 steel head and 1 scallops. the preparation of the fish itself was perfect, but the sauce and the pure one overwhelmed. fish should be simple and clean, not overly decorated. the deserts were good and were a welcome end to a meal that was too complicated. Excellent food and service Chef and waiter were v intent on accommodating our guest/ friend’s particular food requirement with a wonderful preparation that she thoroughly enjoyed.
