"I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. Some of the fries were hard and stale, and the drink had no taste, as if it had been sitting for a while. Additionally, there were no napkins or condiments as requested. It felt like my order was rushed out the door. Although this location is the closest to me and I usually love their food, I think I will stop ordering from here. Overall, a pretty bad experience."

It is common for items to be missing from orders at this restaurant, and the replacements may or may not be equal in value.

The restaurant did not have the two family-size sweets I wanted, so they gave me a 32oz sweet instead. I ordered two blackberry cheesecake pies but received only one, along with 3 cookies.
