"Allow me to explain my experience with this Popeye's. My girlfriend had ordered a meal for us and her children off my card. When I arrived at the Popeye's the attendant who answered the drive through asked what I wanted and I stated I was here for a mobile order. I then TRIED to add two drinks to my order and mid way through the sentence the attendant CLOSED THE GLASS DOOR on the drive through and walked away, later another gentleman walked to the slider and asked what I was here for I restated that I was here for a mobile order and when I tried to explain I would want to add drinks to my order HE CLOSED THE GLASS WINDOW and walked away before I could add the drinks. Good food but the wait (even when using the app with a pick up time) is crazy long. I know that there are staff shortages everywhere . . .just want to warn you to make sure you have time to wait, at least 15 minutes . . . even when ordering ahead.

I don?t go here too often but when I do go I?ve had sauces wrong/ missing, payments messed up, cold food, and burned Mac and cheese with no fork. I feel like when I have an issue there they make it my fault and are rude. Food is decent but not worth the price.

This place was filthy! Our order was given to another customer and waited almost 30 minutes before our food was given. After receiving the food it was cold and not good. We had to beg for our drink as that was not given. The employees wad actually handling food with their bare hands. The man who took our order was more interested in chewing his gum vrs customer service. Poor place to visit!!!!!!!
