"This was a really good eating experience. Our group of eight ordered multiple different things. They all looked great, and we shared samples with each other. No complaints, and thanks for using REAL potato crinkle fries instead of the coated fake-fries that so many other restaurants use. The long lunchtime line was handled quickly and hot food was served in a short time. Servings are big, so we couldn 't move on to dessert. My only negative item is that there were no croissants for the beef and cheddar sandwich."

Was a little disappointed in the amount of fries. It wasn't even close to full as you can see. Cake slice was also smaller than expected. So I feel it's a little over priced for the size you get. The food taste was average.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered three beef sandwiches and was very dissatisfied with the taste. The beef did not resemble Portillo's beef at all, it was lacking in flavor and very tough. The only positive aspect was the bread. I will not be returning as the sandwich was bland and not worth the long travel. I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
