"The food was okay but at this price point it the overall dining experience was disappointing. The ceaser salad was a plate of chopped romaine with Parmigiano cheese which they served to us without dressing. The waitress offered to remake it or bring us dressing. I would have expected the kitchen to correct it.Then we were served our steaks. My husband was served filet when he ordered Ribeye. Our options then were to wait 20 minutes for his steak. So he ate the filet disappointly because its not what he ordered and so we could eat our meal together. The food presentation was average at best. You would expect more at that price point than a piece of meat and two boiled potatoes on a plate with some sauce. We were offered to take a ribeye home but since we were traveling that was not a suitable option, so they offered us free desert, which turned out to be the best part of the meal. Don't think we will go back."

"Our server was very attentive at the beginning, but after the food arrived, they did not check back in with us until it was time to give us the bill. One of the members of my party left their credit card behind. The restaurant was very quick to call me to let me know that someone had left a card!"

"O.K., this review is a little late. :I My wife and I actually visited on 10/8/2021. We have visited a couple other times and love the atmosphere--and really love the town. This visit occurred after we had attended a show at The Bluebird Cafe. We ordered coffee for each--and we split the dessert. The coffee was hot, and the dessert cinnamon pastry) was excellent. Our server Doris) provided the recommendation--and great service. The music was enjoyable, as usual."

"I have seen some reviews in regards to a change in the business and I will say yes, it has happened but it’s still a wonderful place! It was just new staff in training. I think people forget that which is a shame. My family and I get the mango tango rolls and those are so so delicious! We’ve been coming here for ages and will continue to come here when we get the chance. We recently got them not too long ago and they tasted the exact same per usual. I always love going here. I will proceed to keep coming here as long as it is still running. The owner is so kind and remembers a face and that’s not something many businesses have; that homey-feel to it!
