Interacted with very few staff but they were nice. 93 degrees outside. Inside was very comfortable. Was notba meat locker but I didn't sweat either. Just nice. Seat yourself."

Our whole baseball team came in after a day of tournament at Ripken and the folks at Puckett’s were so nice and accommodating. I have had several great experiences in Franklin, but the Pigeon Forge team was amazing!! Thank you so much!!Kid-friendliness: Little league team

I’m not sure why we waited so long to try this gem! Each time we have been the service and food has been top notch!All the employees are super friendly and the service is really fast!The fried pickles are a favorite of ours. My husband normally gets one of the burgers and I usually have the bbq.

The food was decent. It was tasty although the portions were a bit on the small size. We still enjoyed it. Our waiter who had a thick Tennessee accent was the nicest and made the whole experience enjoyable. The place looks beautiful inside and really gives you a mountain cabin feel along with great decorations outside.
