"They provide the best Mexican food in state college. Only demerit they had is their slow service, but this time it became fast! Among my visits more than four times, I cannot guarantee service is overall fast, but I will see next time. One missing star is due to past experiences of slow service. Recommended menu: Aztec fajita and Margarita"

"I was here a couple of days ago around 7pm trying to get my fried chicken fix. I went through the drive thru and there didn’t seem to be a long wait. However, I was inquiring about dark meat and the drive thru attendant said they do not have any and then asked me to wait as she checked. She came back and confirmed that they did not have any dark meat left for the night. Then I asked for extra crispy white meat and the attendant then asked me again to wait as she double checked. She came back and said there was not any extra crispy left but they could make dark meat extra crispy if I waited 20 minutes. I said that was fine but then I overheard on the mic that they were not going to make any more chicken for the rest of the night despite being open for another 2 hours. I think the attendant forgot to turn off the microphone. I left in frustration and was very confused because I felt crazy asking for chicken at a chicken place… Popeyes would never"

"So, this is how the potato pizza works. It looks like the picture. It's sliced extremely thin, is throughly cooked, but does not crisp up like a potato chip. Since the flavor is so mild, it's overwhelmed by the flavors of the pesto and like. Fun novelty, pretty decent, but nothing I would go out of my way for. The sub was extremely good, particularly the bread."

"I decided to try this place on the basis of his reviews. the food was sooo fresh and delicious. they have fresh vegetables, meats, seafood and a lot of tasty sauces to couple it. my food came within 15 minutes and it was hot and tasteful. will protect again. server was very friendly and explained how it worked for me as it was my first time. highly recommended."

"Kamrai has gone downhill since covid. The restaurant is still takeout only. When I dined here in person before, we liked sitting in the room with all the windows, it was like a solarium. Service was hit or miss, so you're not missing out on spectacular service since you can't dine in. Food is also totally hit or miss. I've had the green curry and cashew nut stir fry here which I liked. Everything else I've tried from dining in twice and getting takeout once, was absolutely not worth it. The kani salad was watery and lacked flavor, and the majority of the dish is shredded carrots. For an $11 price tag, I was expecting a larger portion or something fantastic, but I was let down. The spider roll was $15 and tasted like deep fried crab shell- not crab meat at all, and the avocado was brown. The tofu pad thai is the worst thai food I've ever had! It was dry and oily at the same time and had a very strong sesame oil flavor. The dish was basically all noodles and there were very little veggies mixed in. I much prefer their sister restaurant Maxx ramen! I won't be back at Kamrai."
