"Everyone was suggesting this place but sadly I had the worst first impression ever. I needed a really good cake and after I brought home the cake and refrigerated it for 3 hours when I took it out for 20-35 minutes i realized that it’s falling apart FAST. I have friends that make cake and they said that that’s not right take it back and tell them to fix it. I drove 15 mins back to bakery just for the manager to be rude and mean and say that she can’t fix the icing on the cake that fell apart and that it’s my fault because I didn’t refrigerator it when I did. Ordered chicken salad sandwich on croissant and planning on having it for lunch!! It came out hot at 8am?? Who eats chicken salad sandwich at 8am?? They did make a cold sandwich that took 15 minutes. The hot one took 5 minutes. ?? Something’s Off!!

Cream cheese frosting is butter and sugar and cream cheese so yes it is pretty much buttercream with cream cheese. No need to be snarky behind the counter and criticizing my inquiries with your coworkers. Keep your opinions about customers preferences to yourself. I DO NOT EAT ANYTHING with BUTTERCREAM or related to it! Doesn't give you the right to talk about me and my choices. Worst customer service! Disappointing establishment. Can't even inquire on what they offer.
