"UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW: (I posted to complain, so I felt it only fair to post to say good things). The new manager, Elizabeth followed up on my complaint. She was SO nice and SO awesome! What I loved most is that she REALLY cared about my complaint. I didn 't feel dismissed or just like another customer complaining . She really took ownership, and I loved that! It 's not always about getting something free or getting a gift card. There are times where it 's about someone really caring about what you have to say as a customer, apologizing (and meaning it) and truly wanting to improve the service for the customer. And I felt all of that from Elizabeth. She offered a $50 gift card, and I can 't...

Service was great. Natasha really took care of us and was very organized Food on the other hand, not so good. I've come to expect this from MOST Red Lobsters

Lobster and shrimp Queso was good. I’d like the lobster bisque soup as well. Shrimp linguine was okay I kind of dry could use more sauce. Jumbo shrimp cocktails was amazing. Overall I think it was good for the price I paid

What a positive experience we had here. Stopped for an early lunch. Jessie was our server. She was amazing. The food was excellent. We honestly didn't realize this restaurant was there. The signage isn't visible from I-75 or Bruce B Downs. But now that we've spotted you, we'll be back.
