As a food enthusiast, I usually have great dining experiences, but my recent visit to Red Hummer in Talleyville, DE was disappointing. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the transaction went smoothly. Unfortunately, the food was the main issue. I had been looking forward to a delicious meal all day, but my order of salmon New Orleans fell short. The salmon portions were quite small, and I received only five pieces of broccoli along with some boiled rice. The salad appeared to have been sitting out for a while, as it was brown and wilted, with soggy croutons. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience.
