"Went to Red Lobster for my Birthday August 9. We were sitting with the menus for about ten minutes before our waiter came over to the table. Then he took our drink orders. We waited for drinks about 10 to 13 minutes. Then he come to table and say did yall see a white card? We like NO. He like that's the card I need to put yall order in. We looking like what. We just had a great meal at a very busy time! Our waitress was kind, cheerful and very attentive, despite the fact that they were short staffed. She made our dinner great!

Reservations at 6 and still have not been seated at 635. That is not acceptable. Short staffed, outside lighting IL doesn't work and Red Lobster staff doesn't seem to care.
