"The Woodstock Inn is very charming, but the Red Rooster candidly wasn’t very good. It’s quite pricey for food that was mediocre at best. We had a garden salad that had almost nothing in it for The pasta dish was overwhelmingly large and mushy, while the short rib was dry and over cooked. The waitstaff was also a bit awkward. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for dinner in Woodstock"

Menu is limited. Corn chowder was excellent. Salmon was good But nothing special. Did not care for the maple cake as it was extremely sweet. Prices were reasonable , staff was excellent

The dining experience was outstanding throughout..warm welcome, meaningful conversation, attention to detail, courteous service, timely courses, superior food and drink..one couldn't expect more in every respect....absolutely nothing to improve upon--thank you for being what you are..excellent
