But trying to survive a shutdown during a pandemic and then land into highest inflation....kind a hard to overcome without a large following Overall I just don't think this always a good location. High rent low traffic unless you're a Peet's or Philz custo"

Good service, the guy at the front is always super nice. My favorite thing to order is the gelati, the ice custard is always great.

CLOSED. Went by on 4.15.22 and interior was empty and sign on wall above entrance had been painted out. Lock box on door. Sad to see it go

The custard is as good as the south bay location, but the customer service can sometimes be lacking. I will still go again with family when they want to go to this location.

"Plenty of indoor outdoor seating. Coffee was okay, but not my taste. Staff were friendly enough service was quick, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. This wouldn't be my first choice for coffee, but I'd probably choose it over Starbucks."

"The cashier was very unprofessional I asked for additional cheese and crushed red pepper he gave me 2 packs I asked for more and the cashier gave me a stupid look at his face. I also asked for napkins and plates and the cashier decides an unnecessarily large stack of napkins on the few plates and cheese packs he gave me. I ordered two big pizzas and asked them to be cooked extra crispy. I even made sure that the restaurant reminds them, but they could clearly not follow simple instructions. The pizza dough was barely cooked by it tasted slightly raw. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my family or friends. I don't want them to get sick from their badly cooked pizza dough and unprofessional service."
